9th Annual Guide & Assistance Dog Conference - October 14-16; hosted by PAWS International (Vancouver Mainland)

PAWS International is a group chaired by BC Guide Dogs graduate Rosamund van Leeuwen and her guide dog Rory. The Conference, which brings together the guide and assistance dog community and knowledgeable guest speakers, is held every two years.

This year, BC Guide Dog Services' staff, volunteers, and graduates had a chance to catch up with one another, meet other guide dog users, exchange travel and everyday safety tips, and learn about new developments from a panel of guide dog school representatives and Orientation and Mobility instructors.
